1. Acceptance of Terms

By using v5.ink, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

v5.ink provides link shortening, management, analytics, and AI traffic detection services. Features vary by subscription plan (Free, Pro, Max).

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must not share your API tokens with unauthorized parties

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use v5.ink to:

  • Distribute malware, phishing, or harmful content
  • Create links to illegal content
  • Engage in spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • Circumvent usage limits or abuse the service
  • Interfere with the service or its infrastructure

5. Link Policies

We reserve the right to disable links that violate our acceptable use policy or that are reported as malicious. Blocked URL domains are maintained to prevent abuse.

6. Subscription and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Exceeding plan limits may result in service restrictions

7. Data and Analytics

Analytics data is provided on a best-effort basis. AI agent detection relies on user agent analysis and may not be 100% accurate. We continuously improve detection accuracy.

8. API and MCP Server

API access and MCP Server are available on Pro and Max plans. API rate limits apply per your plan. Abuse of API access may result in suspension.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

v5.ink is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
